At TheUrbanStrap, we strive to provide high-quality wallets, belts, and accessories. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
All tags, accessories, and gift items (if any) are intact
A valid proof of purchase/order number is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Customized or personalized items
Items bought during Sale / Clearance / Final Offer (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
Photos / Video evidence
Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return / Exchange Process
Contact us via support@theurbanstrap.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will confirm if your request is eligible.
Ship the product back to our return address (provided to you during approval).
Once inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
5. Refund Method
Refunds (if approved) will be issued via:

Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
For exchanges, reshipping charges may apply.

Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, the order will be treated under the Return Policy.
